What a treat this book was! I heard Tom Doyle on the Voice of the Martyrs podcast (vomradio.com) and his stories so enchanted me I had to get the book. I was not disappointed. I actually read some stories twice because they were so powerful! If you are looking to understand the recent developments in Syria and Lebanon, if you are looking to understand better the plight of Christians in that region, if you are looking to be encouraged by the mighty works God is doing in the hearts of people, then this is a must read for you.
